Our Installation Process

1Consultation & Quote
We visit your property to assess the existing plumbing, discuss your plans, and provide a detailed written quote. No obligation — we're happy to advise even if you're still deciding.

2First Fix (rough-in)
For new builds or relocations, we run the supply and waste pipes to the new positions before tiling. This phase requires careful measurement to ensure everything lines up correctly.

3Second Fix (fitting)
Once tiling is complete, we return to install all the fixtures — connecting toilets, basins, showers, and baths to the rough-in pipework.

4Testing & Commissioning
Every fixture is tested for correct operation, secure connections, and proper drainage. We check water pressure, flow rates, and waste run-off before signing off.

5Clean Up & Handover
We leave a clean, tidy site. You receive a walk-through of everything installed, care instructions for fittings, and our 12-month workmanship guarantee.
